HRM ? Setup ? Performance review management ? Performance indicators
Introduction
On this page, you can create performance indicators without the need to link them to performance review groups, or edit existing indicators in the system.
A performance indicator is similar to a competence, whereby it is used to measure the performance of employees in an organization. For example, you can define a few indicators, such as "Java", "C++", and "Visual Basic" and use these indicators to review your Software Engineers.
Roles and rights
To create and modify performance indicators, function right 107 – Maintain performance review is required. By default, users with the HR role have this function right.
Notes:
- For more details on function rights, go to System ? Setup ? Security ? Function rights.
