Product Updates 421 and 420: Improved Modelo 303 and 180 (Spanish legislation)

The tax forms Modelo 303 and 180 have been improved whereby for Modelo 303, the information for Clave and Epígrafe I.A.E. will be displayed accordingly in the generated text file. For Modelo 180, the information for Situación can be defined with new or updated existing options, to ensure your tax submission is aligned with SITUACIÓN INMUEBLE (códigos 2020).

Modelo 303

Modelo 303 has been improved as follows:

The text file for Modelo 303 will be generated when you click Final in the VAT return window.

The Principal and Otras fields will reflect the Clave values of “1” to “5” at their respective positions based on the following conditions:

Clave 1 

• The Epígrafe I.A.E. browser is displayed.
• If the Epígrafe I.A.E. field is defined, the selected Clave and Epígrafe I.A.E. will be reflected in the text file. Otherwise, the value “0” will be reflected for the Clave, followed by four blank characters. 

Clave 2, 3, and 5 

• The Epígrafe I.A.E. browser is displayed.
• The selected Clave will be reflected in the text file regardless of whether the Epígrafe I.A.E. field is defined or not. If it is not defined, the Clave will be followed by four blank characters. 

Clave 4 and 6 

• The text box will be displayed.
• If a text is entered, the Clave and the first four characters will be reflected in the text file. Otherwise, the Clave will be reflected in the text file, followed by four blank characters.

Modelo 180

Modelo 180 has been improved as follows:

You can now select the following options for Situación: 

• Inmueble con referencia catastral situado en cualquier punto del territorio español, excepto País Vasco y Navarra
• Inmueble con referencia catastral situado en la Comunidad Autónoma del País Vasco
• Inmueble con referencia catastral situado en la Comunidad Foral de Navarra
• Inmueble en cualquiera de las situaciones anteriores, pero sin referencia catastral
