A data log report enables you to trace all details of data modifications that include what has been modified, when the modifications took place, how the data was modified, and who has modified the data. You can define one or more of the following criteria to obtain the data log report.

All users can obtain the data log report.
For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.
Click this to display the report based on the defined criteria.
Click this to refresh the report based on the last defined criteria. You can only see this button after you have clicked Show.
Click this to clear the defined criteria.
Click this to exit.
Type the date and time range to display the report on data modifications that took place for the specified period.
By default, it will show your name if you do not have the Administrator role. If you have the Administrator role, you can select the person to display the report on data modifications done by the selected person.
Select the data component to display the report on data modification of the selected component.
Select the data property to display the report on data modification for the selected property. Property refers to a specific field.
Type the key to display the report on modifications done on data represented by the key. Key is used to represent a particular data.
Select the action to display the report on data modifications that involved the selected action. There are four options available:
Type the old value, which is the data before modification, to display the report that matches the old value.
Type the new value, which is the new data after modification, to display the report that matches the new value.
