Every resource may have more than one reference number apart from the bank account number. This may include identity card number, income tax number, passport number and many others. You can create and maintain the reference number details of the selected resource at HR/Human resources/Maintain or Payroll/Human resources/Maintain, under the Reference number tab. Click this to create a new reference number. For more information, see Creating and Maintaining Reference Number.

 Edit

Click this to modify the selected reference number of the resource. For more information, see Creating and Maintaining Reference Number.

 Delete

Click this to delete the selected reference number of the resource. You will see a message prompting for the confirmation of deletion. Click Yes to confirm the deletion, and No to cancel.
