Images (icons) are missing from Pick-IT buttons in Internet Explorer on PC

Problem

When starting Pick-IT locally on a PC or server (not on a mobile device) the images or icons are missing from the buttons. This would already be visible in the Pick-IT login page:

Reason

This is related to Windows (Internet Explorer) setting

Solution

This can be fixed two ways:

• disable the Windows XP or Vista theme and using 'Windows classic' theme (Control panel Display settings)
    
• disable graphical options within Internet Explorer; choose IE menu Tools/Internet options, tab 'Advanced', disable the option 'Enable visual styles on buttons and controls in web pages' in the section 'Browsing':
