At this screen, you can customize the information and layout of the information to be displayed in the view mode of project cards. You can also move the different sections and/or fields around. Some sections allow you to change the number of columns to be displayed for that section.
To customize the view mode of project cards:
Then, click at the title bar.
To customize the information and layout in the view mode of project cards, function right 322 – Maintain project settings is required. Users with the Project administrator and Production manager roles have this function right. The customization is applicable only to Corporate level roles.
For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.
Click this to save the customization.
Click this to reset the customization to the default customization.
Click this to customize the access to the information in the project card. For more information, see Customizing Access to Information in View Mode of Project Cards.
Click this to exit.
This displays Project - Read which indicates that you have accessed the customization screen from the view mode of a project card. This information cannot be edited.
This displays the type of the corresponding project. There are a few possible types: Internal, Fixed, Time & Material, and Training. For more information, see Creating and Modifying Projects.
The following is a sample screen:
Select the check box in the header to display the corresponding section in the card. “*” indicates that the check boxes are selected by default.
Select the individual check boxes to display the corresponding fields in that section of the card. Some check boxes are pre-selected and cannot be edited.
