Release 381: Change tax code precision to 3 decimals - China legislation

Background

Previously, Chinese legislation users is only able to input the tax percentage up to 2 decimal places. For business requirements, it is necessary to support tax percentage up to 3 decimal places. 

What has been changed

Now, China legislation user is able to input the tax percentage up to 3 decimal places in maintain tax codes application for all types of taxes. For details, please refer to Release 371: Change tax code precision to 3 decimals
