Settings document category

Introduction

Both jobs 'BLProcess' and 'HRmail' create documents to inform users about the results of the export. The job 'HRMail' is used to export data of resources or accounts in an Excel file. The job 'BLProcess' is used to create an XML file to be imported in Exact Globe 200x. Both processes attach the files to a document and this document is linked to a request appearing in the workflow of the resource that initiaties the export. Because documents are stored in a specific category, the jobs need to know in which document category the document should be created. The category is set in [System, Maintenance, Settings - General, Processes].
