COMM_BAL function in Excel Add-In
COMM_BAL
COMM_BAL( co, FY, acc_nr, cc, cu, value )
Using this function you can include the commitment amounts for ledger account / cost center
/ cost unit combination balance in the worksheet.
Value
1 - original commitment amount.
2 - cost amount.
3 - correction
amount.
4 - outstanding commitment amount.
Example
COMM_BAL( 621, 2001, 4400, WAREHOUSE, PRINTERS, 4
)
As a result of the above function, the outstanding
commitment amount for the combination of cost center 'WAREHOUSE' and cost
unit 'PRINTERS' is included for financial year 2001, based on the amounts
entered on general ledger account 4400.
