PU 424|423|422 (Globe) and 501|500|422 (Globe+): INTRACOM Intrastat return file improved (French legislation)

We've now added the header line in the INTRACOM Intrastat return file to ensure that the information in the file is complete. The header line is applicable to both purchase and sales transactions. The content of the transaction lines in the file remains unchanged. 

In addition, we've also added two free fields in the INTRASTAT data screen in Exact Globe. These free fields provide the information for the skill number (CISD) and representative name for the Intrastat return file. The following is an example of the header line being displayed in the INTRACOM file: 

New free fields in INTRASTAT data screen

We've added the following free fields at which you can define the skill number (CSID) and representative name for the Intrastat return file. This information cannot be defined for the report output. 

CSID

You can now define the CSID field in the INTRASTAT data screen (accessible through Invoice > Statistics > Intrastat). The character limit for this field is four characters, and the ID that is defined at this field is displayed at the zone identification skill number field (positions 9 to 12) of the header line. 

Representative name

You can define the Representative name in the same screen. The character limit for this field is 20 characters, and the name that is defined at this field is displayed at the zone identification correspondent name field (positions 82 to 101) of the header line.

Furthermore, when you generate a report for both purchase and sales transactions, the transactions will be combined in one return file. The new naming convention is also applied to the file, whereby the file name is prefixed with INTRACOM e.g ‘INTRACOMYYYYMMDD.sdf’.
