The sales cycle report uses the information in the opportunity card to present details of the individual opportunities in the sales cycle as well as provide and an overview of the entire sales cycle. These reports contain information such as the sales cycle history, current status of the sales cycle, and the sales forecast. It is a powerful CRM tool to help users make decisions concerning sales cycle management.
The pivot analysis provides three different types of analysis for your sales cycle report. The analysis types available are List, Pivot analysis, Chart. From the reports, you can click the specific opportunity to view the opportunity card information. You can use the pivot analysis table to customize opportunities data in a pivot analysis graph and add the customized pivot analysis graph to the workspace. For more information on the reports that are added to the
workspace, see Viewing sales cycle reports in the workspace.
