certain features explained here will not be applicable.
How
do I create databases?
- Select
File (.elcx) at License type and click Browse
to select the license file. License files have an .elcx extension and can be
downloaded from the customer portal. Alternatively, select Portal at License type
and define your customer portal login credentials at Domain, User name, Password, and Contract under the Portal section to download the license file directly from the
customer portal.
- Click Continue.
- Fill in the necessary information.
- Click Create.
Keep in mind: The Contract
field will be available only if you have more than one active contract. If the
browse icon is clicked, all the contracts that belong to you will be displayed.
At least one contract must be selected. The new database will be created for
the selected contract.
