Introduction
This page allows you to view a report of training sessions attended by the employees. Before you can view the training report, you must first define a value at Request type: Training under the Training section at Modules ? HRM ? Setup ? General ? Settings. For more information, see Defining HRM general settings.
Roles and rights
To view the training report of employees, function right 56 — View tasks (including the workflow) for specific employee is required. By default, users with the General manager, HR, or Production manager role have this function right.

What version are you using?
The information in this document is applicable to product update 259 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
How do I view the training report of employees?
- On the HRM: Training page, type or select the division code at Division under the Criteria section.
- Define the rest of the fields.
- Click Show.
Buttons
Close
Click this to exit.
Show
Click this to display the results according to the defined criteria.
Note: Once you have clicked this button, the name of the button will change to Refresh.
Refresh
Click this to update the results according to the defined criteria.
Reset
Click this to clear all the defined criteria so that you can start a new search.
Icon
Customise
Click Customise at the title bar to customize the fields, columns, or sections. You can add or remove existing criteria based on your preferences by selecting or clearing the relevant check boxes. Click Save to save the settings and exit, Default to reset your selections to the default settings, or Close to exit without saving. Take note of the following sections:
Columns section
You can add or remove columns on the report based on the information you want to view. You can arrange the order of the columns by clicking the Up or Down buttons. There are various columns that you can select, such as Amount, Date, and Job title.
Criteria section
You can add or remove the fields in the Criteria section by selecting or clearing the relevant check boxes.
Fields
Division
Type or select the division code to display the training report of people belonging to the selected division. Once you have selected a division, you can view the details of the division by clicking the name of the division displayed next to the box. For more information, see Viewing division cards.
Year
Type the year or range of years to display the training report for the defined year(s).
Type
Select the Employee, Contractor, Student, Temporary, and/or Reseller check boxes to display the training report of people belonging to the respective employment types.
Request: Status
Select the Approve, Open, Processed, and/or Realised check boxes to display only the training sessions that are linked to requests with the selected statuses.
Columns
Person
This column displays the names of the people. You can click the hyperlink to view the details of the corresponding person. For more information, see Viewing personal cards.
Description
This column displays the descriptions of the requests linked to the training sessions. You can click the hyperlink to view the corresponding request.
