This page allows you to view the linkage between Exact Synergy Enterprise divisions and Exact Online administrations.

What version are you using?

The information in this document is based on product update 248.

How do I replicate the master data to Exact Online?

1. Type or select a division at Division.

2. Click Seed masterdata.

3. The selected division and the message “The master data will be replicated to Exact Online” will be displayed.

4. Click Close to exit.

Keep in mind: All fields with the “!” are mandatory.

How do I retrieve payroll slips from Exact Online?

1. Type or select a division at Division.

2. Click Retrieve payroll slips.

3. The selected division and the message “The payroll slips will be retrieved from Exact Online, check the overview” will be displayed.

4. Click Close.

How do I view the Exact Online application?

1. Type or select a division at Division.

2. Click Open administration.

3. Type your Exact Online user name at Username and password at Password. Click Login>>. This page is displayed only if you have not logged into Exact Online. If you are already logged into Exact Online, the Exact Online overview will be displayed.
