New: Contracts

Introduction

Contracts are created based on items in e-Synergy. These items are linked to an assortment. This means that before creating a contract other settings should be checked first:

• if an assortment is created.
• if items linked to an assortment are defined to be used for contracts.
• if the assortment is defined to allow to create contracts.

Contracts are created in the account card .

Roles and Function Rights

Function right 28 [System, Maintenance, Security, Function rights, Logistics] is responsible for the rights of creating and maintaining contracts. This function right is by default linked to the role 'F&A Staff'. Users with this role are able to create and maintain the contracts.

Explanation

Press one of the hyperlinks that represents the assortment. It will open a contract entry screen.
