Introduction

Once the contract parameters are defined the process 'BLProcess' can be used to validate, modify, prolonge or to budget contracts.

Explanation

The validation, modification, prolongation and the budgetation is done by background job 'BLProcess'. This background job can be scheduled and takes cares of processes that can hardly be done by an employee. Once one of the proces types is defined it will be displayed in the process overview.

As soon the job 'BLProcess' is running the status of the process is changed in 'In process'.

When the job is finished the status is changed in 'Processed'. In this example the type is contract validation is used.

As soon the background process 'BLProcess' detected that any of the contracts is invalid the line shows a hyperlink document. If you use this hyperlink it opens a document that shows an overview of the actions.

Note that for different process types different information can be displayed in the document. Above an example is given about the validation of the contracts, below a different example is given. This document is generated when the process type 'Prolongation' is used.
