On this page, you can view a list of locations as well as create or delete the location entries. Locations are used to indicate where people are currently located, and can be used as a criterion to search for people in the system.
All users can view the list of locations. However, to create or modify location entries, function right 97 — Maintain locations is required. By default, users with the HR role have this function right.
Note:
The information in this document is applicable to product update 260 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Keep in mind: All fields with the "!" icon are mandatory.
Keep in mind: You cannot delete a location that is currently linked to a person.
Click this to exit.
Click this to update the results.
Click this to create a location entry. For more information, see Creating and modifying location entries.
Click this to delete the selected location entries.
Type a number to define the number of locations to be displayed on a single page. Click Show to update the page size.
Select the check boxes to determine the location entries that you want to delete.
This column displays the codes of the locations. You can click the hyperlink to view the corresponding location entry.
This column displays the names of the locations.
This column displays the countries of the locations.
