PU 423|422|421 (Globe) and 500|422|421 (Globe+): Support for updated 2022 Intrastat (French legislation)

Effective 2022, the French tax authorities have updated the Intrastat reporting format. We have made changes to support them. The updated reporting format includes the following changes:

• The Nature of Transaction codes: A new 2-digit code is introduced for Intrastat reporting to cater for an expanded list of natures of transaction.
• The INTRACOM output file position 6 (Indicator cash): This is now specified as E.
• The INTRACOM outputfile positions 58-59 (Country of origin at the expedition): This is processed accordingly depending on whether the value of Transaction code B is 21 or 29
• The INTRACOM outputfile positions 109-122 (Partner's VAT number foreigner): This is processed accordingly in the event the transaction type is either Return receipt, Purchase credit note or Fulfilment.

Note: There is no further change to include the header of the INTRACOM file in this release. The current update is to insert the above additional fields into the text file only.
