You can add this widget to your workspace to display a report of lost opportunities. This report displays the opportunity description, the account linked to the opportunity, the reason lost, the competitor lost to, the date the opportunity was lost, and the planned amount. These opportunities are listed in the descending order of the date the opportunity was lost (from the most current date to the earliest date).
To view or update the opportunity card, click the opportunity description in the Opportunity: Description column. You can also click the planned amount in the Planned amount column to go to the opportunity search page and then click the opportunity code. Click the account name in the Account: Account column to view or maintain the opportunity account information.
Click the reason for losing the opportunity in the Opportunity: Reason lost column to modify the description for the reason. Click the competitor account name in the Opportunity: Lost to competitor to view or maintain the competitor account information.
All users can access this screen.

This section is displayed when adding a widget to your workspace, or when you are editing the properties and layout of the widget.
Type the title to be displayed at the header of the widget. If no title is provided upon saving, the header of the widget will display Latest opportunities lost by default.
Type or select a sales cycle to display opportunities that are applying the sales cycle process. This is mandatory.
Type or select a person to display opportunities that are owned by the person.
Type or select a project to display opportunities that are linked to the project.
Select a source to display opportunities that originate from or are a result of the source.
Type or select a competitor to display the opportunities that are lost to the competitor.
Select a reason to display the opportunities that are lost to the competitor due to the reason. The reasons available for selection is predefined by the user in the set up for opportunity management. For more information on creating and modifying reasons for losing opportunities, see Overview of reasons for losing opportunities.
Select a group to display opportunities that are linked to the group division.
Type or select a division to display opportunities that are linked to the division.
Type or select a cost center group to display opportunities that are linked to the cost center group.
Type or select a cost center to display opportunities that are linked to the cost center.
Select a date or a date range to display the report for the opportunities that are planned to start on or after the dates. If you select a start date only, opportunities which are registered starting from that date are displayed. You can select a type of date range from which the system will automatically generate the exact dates for the selected period such as <All>, This year, This quarter, This month, This week, Today, Yesterday, Last days: 7, Last days: 30, Last days: 90, Last days 365. Click or to decrease or increase the dates for the selected range.
Select a date or a date range to display the report for the opportunities that are still open on or before the dates. If you select an end date only, opportunities which are still open before the date are displayed. You can select a type of date range from which the system will automatically generate the exact dates for the selected period such as <All>, This year, This quarter, This month, This week, Today, Yesterday, Last days: 7, Last days: 30, Last days: 90, Last days 365. Click or to decrease or increase the dates for the selected range.
Type the page size for the number of rows that will be displayed.
Select the Show check box to display the header of the report on the workspace.
Select the preferred option to specify the color theme of the widget.
Select the Show check box to display the widget with a border. If this check box is not selected, the widget will be displayed on your workspace without a border. The border will only be displayed when you hover your mouse over the widget.
