This page allows the best practices files to be imported.

Note: The menu path will be displayed only if you have the Administrator role.

Roles and rights

To import the best practices files, you will need to have the Administrator role.

Note:

• For more details on function rights, go to Modules ? System ? Setup ? Security ? Function rights.
• For more details on roles, go to Modules ? System ? Setup ? Security ? Roles.

What version are you using?

The information in this document is applicable to product update 263 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.

How do I import the best practices files?

1. On the System: Best practices – Import page, select a template at File.
2. Click Import.
3. A message will be displayed.
4. Click OK.

Keep in mind:

• Once the import is completed, the log will be displayed, and the log file will be downloaded to the local machine if Download import log is clicked.
• Only the unedited best practice files can be imported.
