Introduction
This page allows you to view the HR organization charts by division. You can view the total number of people and the total number of division groups based on the criteria defined.
Right click the selected Division: Groups at the organization chart to view the profit & loss account and balance sheet for the selected division group. To view the people, cost center, general ledger accounts, profit & loss account, balance sheet, and overview of the assets corresponding with the selected division, right click the selected division. You can click the hyperlink of the selected division at the organization chart to view the selected division card. For more information, see Viewing

Cost centers to view the breakdown of the total number of people in the respective cost centers under the selected division in the strategic/operational cost center group layout.
Roles and rights
All users can view the organization chart. However,
you can view the cost and revenue indicators in the organization chart only if
you have function right 106 – View organisations chart reports. By
default, users with the General manager, HR,
or HR assistant role have this function right.

What version are you using?
The information in this document is applicable to product update 259 and higher. If you have versions lower than
this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
How do I view the organization chart?
- On the HRM: Organisation chart page under the Criteria
section, define the search criteria.
- Click Show.
Buttons
Close
Click this to exit.
Show
Click this to display the organization chart according to the defined criteria.
Note: Once you have clicked this button, the name of the button will change to Refresh.
Refresh
Click this to update the results according to the defined criteria.
Reset
Click this to clear all the defined criteria so that you can start a new search.
Fields
Indicator / Scenario
Type or select People, FTE, Costs, and/or Revenue and then select the budget scenario to display the respective organization charts based on the selected budget scenario. The budget scenarios available are user-defined. For more information, see Creating budget scenarios. If you select Costs or Revenue, you will see the following fields:
G/L Account
Type or select a G/L account for to display the cost or revenue selected at Indicator for this G/L account in the organization chart.
Note: This is available only if you have
selected Costs or Revenue at Indicator.
Year / Period
Type or select a year and period for the selected budget scenario to display the organization chart for this year and period.
Note: This is available only if you have defined a budget scenario at Scenario.
Currency / Factor
Type or select a currency and its factor to display the cost or revenue selected at Indicator in this currency and factor in the organization chart.
Note: This is available only if you have selected Costs or Revenue at Indicator.
Type
Select the Employee, Contractor, Student, Temporary, and/or Vacancy check boxes to display the respective types of the people. For more information, see Creating and
modifying entries for people.
Status
Select the Active, Hired, To be approved, and/or Inactive check boxes to display people with the respective statuses.
Note: This field is not available if you do not have function right 153 - View restricted items in search.
In this case, the search result will take into account people of any employment type but only with the Active status.
Show : Inactive: Cost centre
Select this to view both active and inactive cost centers.
Analysis
Click
Organisation chart to clear the defined criteria.
Value
Select the actual or budgeted value for the selected indicator to be displayed in the organization chart. For example, if you select People at Indicator, the options available are Actual and Budget.
Division: Groups
Select the required option to display the organization chart based on the different layouts of the organization chart.
Compare with
Select the actual or budgeted value to compare it with the one selected under Value. For example, you may want to compare the value of Actual with Budget.
Columns
Select All, 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 to display the different number of columns or all the columns for the organization chart.
