PU 504 | 503 (Globe+): Polish national e-Invoice system (Polish legislation)

From this product update onwards, Exact Globe+ supports the KSeF invoices that includes the framework of submitting e-Invoices to the KSeF portal and import received e-Invoices into the Exact Globe+ administration. Changes to support KSeF

Changes were made to record master data required to facilitate KSeF submissions. These include:

• In the Company data settings screen, a new National e-Invoice System (KSeF) section is available. This contains the Environment field.
• In the Documents settings screen, a new E-Invoice: KSeF Layout field will record the values used for XML generation. Additionally, the E-Invoice field now supports KSeF format.
• In the Invoice codes maintenance screen at System > Logistics > Invoice codes, the new KSeF invoice and E-Invoice: XML Template fields allow you to determine which invoice code supports KSeF format.
• A specific access token need to be generated for each user in your company that needs to work with KSeF. You can do this at the new menu path System > HR & Security > National e-Invoices System (KSeF) > Maintain.

After preparing the above master data, Exact Globe+ is ready to process transactions according to the KSeF platform. For this, the following changes were made:

• Outgoing e-invoices (sales invoices)
  • New menu path and screen at Invoice > Entries > National e-Invoice System (KSeF) > Outgoing e-Invoices that displays all KSeF invoices that were submitted and their statuses.
• Incoming e-invoices (purchase invoices)
  • New menu path and screen at Finance > Entries > National e-Invoices System (KSeF) > Incoming e-Invoices to manage e-invoices that have been processed by the KSeF platform.
