E-WMS ASP error message: Version mismatch
When starting Pick-IT in Internet Explorer (on mobile device, or on PC) the following error occurs:
"Version mismatch: Pick-IT ASP / Pick-IT Globe"
Cause
From Pick-IT version 1547, a version check was build in.
This check will validate the installed Pick-IT versions of the "IIS part" and the Pick-IT "Globe part".
To be specific, the versions of the file C:\Pickitmobile\bin\exeaSharedObjects.dll and C:\Program Files\Exact software\bin\exeaSharedObjects.dll are compared.
This message means that one of the two sets is not updated.
Solution
Either the IIS part of Pick-IT or the Globe part was not updated. So make sure both parts are updated from the same Pick-IT set.
