Product Update 405: Mode options added for audit files to be exported (Portuguese legislation)

The Standard Audit File for tax purposes was introduced for the Portuguese legislation. In this product update, the Mode field with the Advance and Simple options has been added under the Export file section at Finance à Reports à Audit file and Accountancy à Check à Audit file. This allows you to define the mode of the exported audit file.

If the Simple option is selected, the audit file will be exported in a simplified format whereby only the Header, Customer (all the customers will be exported), TaxTable (only the VAT codes in the transaction entries), and SalesInvoice tags will be exported. However, if the Advance option is selected, the audit file will be exported with the existing format.
