On this page, you can view a list of cost centers as well as create cost centers.
All users can view the list of cost centers. However, to create or modify cost centers, function right 92 – Maintain cost centers is required. Users with the General manager or HR role have these function rights.

The information in this document is based on product update 250.
Keep in mind: All fields with the "!" icon are mandatory.
Click this to display the results according to the defined criteria.
Note: Once you have clicked this button, it will change to Refresh.
Click this to update the results according to the defined criteria.
Click this to clear the defined criteria so that you can start a new search.
Click this to create a cost center. For more information, see Creating and modifying cost centers.
Click this to exit.
Type or select the division code to display the cost centers that belong to the division selected.
Select Active or Inactive to display the cost centers with the selected status. To display cost centers that are active and inactive, select All.
Type or select the cost center code to display the cost center selected.
Type a number to define the number of cost centers to be displayed on a single page. Click Show to update the page size.
This column displays the codes of the cost centers. You can click the hyperlink to view the corresponding cost center card. For more information, see Viewing cost center cards.
This column displays the descriptions of the cost centers.
This column indicates the statuses of the cost centers. A indicates the cost center is active, while a indicates the cost center is inactive.
