Introduction
On this page, you can view a list of cost centers as well as create cost centers.
Roles and rights
All users can view the list of cost centers. However, to create or modify cost centers, function right 92 – Maintain cost centers is required. Users with the General manager or HR role have these function rights.

How do I view the list of cost centers?
- On the HRM: Cost centers page, define the criteria.
- Click Show.
How do I view the information of the cost centers?
- On the HRM: Cost centers page, define the criteria.
- Click Show.
- Click the hyperlink under the Code column.
How do I create cost centers?
- On the HRM: Cost centers page, click New.
- Type the code of the cost center at Code.
- At Name, type the name of the cost center.
- Fill in other required information.
- Click Save. To save this entry and create another cost center immediately, click Save + New instead.
Keep in mind: All fields with the "!" icon are mandatory.
Buttons
Show
Click this to display the results according to the defined criteria.
Note: Once you have clicked this button, it will change to Refresh.
Refresh
Click this to update the results according to the defined criteria.
Reset
Click this to clear the defined criteria so that you can start a new search.
New
Click this to create a cost center. For more information, see Creating and modifying cost centers.
Close
Click this to exit.
Fields
Criteria section
Division
Type or select the division code to display the cost centers that belong to the division selected.
Status
Select Active or Inactive to display the cost centers with the selected status. To display cost centers that are active and inactive, select All.
Cost center
Type or select the cost center code to display the cost center selected.
Page size
Type a number to define the number of cost centers to be displayed on a single page. Click Show to update the page size.
Columns
Code
This column displays the codes of the cost centers. You can click the hyperlink to view the corresponding cost center card. For more information, see Viewing cost center cards.
Description
This column displays the descriptions of the cost centers.
Active
This column indicates the statuses of the cost centers. A indicates the cost center is active, while a indicates the cost center is inactive.
