Introduction
On this page, you can search for and view existing personal rates. Personal rates are the cost prices of hour items per hour used in a project.
Roles and rights
To create, view, edit, and delete personal rates, you will require the Project controller role. If you have the Project manager role, you can only view the personal rates of the projects of which you are the project manager.

The information in this document is based on product update 251.
How do I search for personal rates?
- On the Personal rates: Search page, define the relevant criteria.
- Click Show.
How do I modify existing personal rates?
- On the Personal rates: Search page, define the relevant criteria.
- Click Show.
- Click the Edit hyperlink of the corresponding personal rate under the Action column. The Personal rates: [Name of person] page will be displayed.
- Under the Action column, click the Edit hyperlink next to the corresponding rate.
- Make the necessary changes, and then click Save.
Buttons
Save
Click this to display the results based on the defined criteria.
Note: Once you have clicked this button, the name of the button will change to Refresh.
Refresh
Click this to update the results based on the defined criteria.
Reset
Click this to clear the defined criteria.
Close
Click this to exit.
Fields
Criteria section
Division
Type or select the division code to display the personal rates that are linked to the defined division.
Cost center
Type or select the cost center code to display the personal rates that are linked to the defined cost center.
Manager
Type or select an ID to display the personal rates of the subordinates belonging to the defined person.
Person
Type or select an ID to display the personal rates that are linked to the defined person.
Columns
Name
This column displays the names of the people with personal rates linked. You can click the hyperlink to view the corresponding personal card. For more information, see Viewing personal cards.
Job title
This displays the job titles of the people.
Division
This displays the divisions of the people. You can click the hyperlink to view the corresponding division card. For more information, see Viewing division cards.
Cost center
This displays the cost centers of the people. You can click the hyperlink to view the corresponding cost center card. For more information, see Viewing cost center cards.
Manager
This column displays the names of the managers. You can click the hyperlink to view the corresponding personal card. For more information, see Viewing personal cards.
Action
Click the Edit hyperlink to modify the corresponding personal rates. For more information, see Creating and maintaining personal rates.
Note: For project managers, the View hyperlink will be displayed instead of Edit because they are not allowed to edit personal rates.
