PU 505 | 504 | 503 (Globe+) and 424 (Globe): e-Invoice in minification format updated (Malaysian legislation)
The e-Invoice functionality in XML and the submission through Malaysia API was introduced to Exact Globe+ and Exact Globe Next in the last product update. However, there are certain limitations imposed by LHDN on the file size when submitting the e-Invoice through API such as a maximum of 5MB submission size, a maximum of 100 e-Invoices per submission, and a maximum of 300KB per e-Invoice file. You may encounter an error when processing and submitting the invoices and you might not be able to send the invoice if you do not meet any of these requirements.
In this product update, we are introducing the minification process of XML files. This means that whitespaces and line breaks will be removed from the XML files of all the invoices and self-billed invoices. This reduces the file size and improves the performance.
Note: You can use an external tool to view the XML in print format.
