Invoice > Reports > Outgoing e-Invoices
The Outgoing e-Invoices screen provides a centralised location for you to monitor outgoing e-Invoice statuses and manage e-reporting obligations. This feature enables organisations to view the processing status of submitted B2B domestic e-Invoices and manage transaction and payment reporting for foreign B2B and B2C transactions in accordance with French e-reporting requirements.
Note: Do not use VAT mixed mode (normal VAT goods and cash-based VAT services) in a single invoice to avoid inaccurate reporting data (CDAR and transaction or payment data) in e-reporting.
The information in this document is applicable to product update 508 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
Keep in mind: In the Sending screen, you will see the option to report Transactions or Payment data based on the date range selected. Clicking the Generate button will assign a return period to the transactions or payment data based on the specified date range, and the XML file will be generated. Once the XML file is generated, the XML file will be displayed under the To be sent tab. Select a file and click Send to submit the file to the tax authority.
Once the e-reporting XML file is sent, it will be displayed under the Sent tab with Open status. Click the Status button to view the status. Once the file is sent successfully, the status will change to Sent. If the file fails to send, the Error status will be displayed with an error message.
