This page allows you to create the entries for public holidays observed by an organization.
HRM/Reports/Planning/Public holidays, click Show, and then click New.
To create public holidays, function right 104 - Maintain public holiday for a country is required. Users with the HR and HR assistant roles have this function right.
For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.
Click this to save the new public holiday entry.
Click this to save the details of the public holiday and to create another new public holiday entry.
Click this to exit.
Select the required option to enable the following field so you can create a new public holiday entry according to the country, division, or location.
Country/Division/Location
Type or select a country, division, or location to create a new public holiday entry according to the selected option.
Type or select a date for the new public holiday entry.
Type the description of the public holiday.
