This page allows you to view a list of accounts related to the item such as suppliers, resellers and others. It also allows you to modify the purchase information and remove the link between the item and the accounts.
To modify the purchase information or remove the link between the item and the accounts, function right 38 – Maintain Item accounts is required. Users with the Item management role have this function right. To view the purchase or cost price of the items based on the supplier card, function right 522 - View Cost/Purchase price for item is required. Users with the Purchase agent role have this function right.

The information in this document is applicable to product update 504 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.

Click this to update the list of accounts.
Click this to link an account to the purchase item. For more information, see Linking items to suppliers.
Click this to remove the link between the item and the selected account. You will see a message “Confirm: Delete?” displayed. Click OK to delete, or Cancel to cancel the deletion.
This section allows you to select an item in order to link to the new accounts or view the accounts that are linked to the item.
Type or select an item code to link to selected accounts or to view the accounts that are linked to the item. By default, the item code of the item card from which you access this page is selected. To link an item to new accounts, select the item, and then click New. To view a list of accounts that are linked to an item, type or select the item, and then click Refresh.
This section displays the list of accounts that are relevant to the selected item. The accounts are displayed in separate sections based on the account type, for example Supplier, Reseller, and others. You can disassociate an account from the item by selecting the relevant account, and then clicking Delete.
This column displays the name of the account. Click the account to access the account card of the account. For more information, see Viewing account cards.
This column displays the status of the account.
This column displays the country where the account is located.
This column displays the purchase price for one unit of the item defined for the account.
This column displays the currency applicable to the purchase price for the account.
This column indicates whether the account is the main account associated with this item, for example the main supplier of this item.
Click this link to edit the purchase information for the account.
Click this link to view a list of documents that are linked to the account and are specific to this item.
