On this page, you can view details of a division. Since this screen can be customized, the order and availability of the sections below may differ from one user to another.
All users can view the list of divisions. However, to create divisions, function right 366 – Create new division is required. To modify divisions, function right 90 – Maintain division is required. By default, users with the General manager, HR, or HR assistant role have these function rights.

Click this to modify the details of the division. For more information, see Creating and modifying divisions.
This displays the code of the division.
This displays the name of the division.
This displays the country to which the division belongs.
This indicates whether the division is the default division (check box is selected) or not (check box is not selected).
This displays the tax number of the division.
This displays the Chamber of Commerce number for the division.
This displays the website of the division.
These display the start and end dates of the division.
This displays the cost center of the division.
This displays the default currency of the division. By default, transactions performed that involve this division will use this currency.
This displays the security level of the division. Users with lower security level will not be able to select divisions with higher security levels in fields associated with division.
This indicates whether the division is a reporting entity (check box is selected) or not (check box is not selected).
This displays the currency that will be used in financial reporting for this division.
This displays the G/L account that is used to record all the resulting currency exchange differences in the currency translation process.
The names of the fields displayed are dependent on the division groups defined. Only the layouts that have been defined will be displayed. For more information, see Overview of group layouts.
The header of this section is not displayed.

This displays details of the division's share capital and listing of its shareholders. This is available only if you have the module license YA1040 – Financial consolidation and option 470. For more information, see Overview of share capital transaction records and linked shareholders.
Click this to view the details of the child divisions, which are other divisions that this division has invested in. This is available only if you have the module license YA1040 – Financial consolidation and option 470. For more information, see Overview of linked divisions.
Click this to display the chart of accounts of the division. For more information, see Displaying chart of accounts.
Click this to view the public holidays of the division. For more information, see Viewing public holidays.
Click this to view the list of budget entries of the division. For more information, see Displaying budget entries.
This section is available only if the competency method is defined as Advanced in the general settings. If the settings have not been defined for the division, the settings defined in the general settings will be used. For more information, see Defining HRM general settings.
This displays the final rating used for the competency calculation.
This displays the calculation method used to calculate the final rating of the applicants' and employees' competency profiles. For more information on the calculation methods, see How-to: Calculating ratings in competency and performance review profiles.
This indicates whether the manager of the employee or both the manager and the employee and the employee himself are able to review the competency profile.
This displays the request type ID of the notification that will be sent to the managers and/or people for reviewing purposes.
This displays the time span that is allowed for the manager and/or people to realize or process the review request.
These settings will be used for the division instead of the settings defined in the general settings. If the settings have not been defined for the division, the settings defined in the general settings will be used. For more information, see Defining HRM general settings.
This displays the final rating used for the performance review calculation.
This displays the calculation method used to calculate the final rating of the employees' performance review profile. For more information on the calculation methods, see How-to: Calculating ratings in competency and performance review profiles.
This indicates whether the manager of the employee or both the manager and the employee and the employee himself are able to review the performance review profile.
This displays the minimum and/or maximum number of targets allowed for each target agreement.
This section displays the cash instrument accounts of the division. If you have the relevant function rights, you can click Add to create a cash instrument account for the division. For more information, see Creating and modifying cash instrument.
This section displays the internal websites of the division. These are layouts that have been defined for the division. For more information, see Frontpage layout overview. Click New to create a document. To preview the website, click the icon under the Preview column.
This section displays the external websites of the division. These are websites of resellers, customers, and/or suppliers that have been defined for the division. For more information, see Searching for websites. Click the website link under the Web site column to modify the website configurations. For more information, see Creating and modifying websites. Click New to create a document. To preview the website, click the icon under the Preview column.
This displays the name of the account of the division.
This displays the address of the division.
This displays the postcode and city of the division.
This displays the telephone and the fax numbers of the division.
This displays the title and name of the contact person for the division.
This displays the e-mail address of the division.
This displays the country and state of the division.
This displays the expiry date or the cut-off date of the absence balance.
This indicates if users are allowed to fill in the effective date of change for critical information in certain fields as well as modifying or deleting any record in the personal cards (check box is selected) or not (check box is not selected).
The information for Arbodienst is displayed, such as the identification of the sender, receiver, and employer, and other details.
This indicates whether a person's Full Time Equivalent (FTE) is automatically generated when the person's work schedule is modified (check box is selected) or not (check box is not selected).
This indicates if the Master Resource Schedule (MRS) is automatically generated when the user creates an entry for a person (check box is selected) or not (check box is not selected).
This displays the method of calculation for the entitlement.
This setting will be used for the division instead of the setting defined in the general settings. If the settings have not been defined for the division, the settings defined in the general settings will be used. For more information, see Defining HRM general settings.
This displays the request type ID that will be used when creating a vacancy entry for the division.
This displays the request type ID that will be used when creating an applicant entry for the division.
This displays the application phase defined for the division.
This displays the mailbox used for e-mails.
This displays the ID and the subject of the document that is linked to the job activity.
This displays the back office system where you want to import to Exact Synergy.
This displays the name of the database server of the back office system.
This displays the name of the database.
This displays where the payroll will be processed.
This indicates whether the accounts receivable information will be displayed on the reseller and/or customer portal (check boxes are selected) or not (check boxes are not selected).
This displays the invoice code that will be used when the back office generate the invoices.
This displays the budget scenario of the division.
This indicates whether users without function right 495 – Maintain CRM data when MainCRMBackOffice is set for current division are blocked from creating and modifying accounts belonging to the division (check box is selected) or not (check box is not selected).
