Product Updates 403 & 402: Changes to fiscal fiches report (Belgian legislation)

In these product updates, several changes have been made to the fiscal fiches report (at Finance à VAT/Statistic à VAT à Fiscal fiches) for the Belgian legislation, such as the following:

Various articles option added

The Various articles option has been added to the Article field. Once this option is selected, “18” will be reflected in the generated XML for BELCOTAX 281.71.

New error message if company name is longer than 28 characters

An error message “Company name is longer than 28 characters and will be truncated. Would you like to continue?” will be displayed if the company name is longer than 28 characters, and when the BELCOTAX 281.71 button is clicked.

Retributions has been renamed

Retributions has been renamed to Retributions et jetons de presence. This is a report line description for fiscal fiches 281.30, and it is generated via the 281.30 button.

281.30 (2064) – Attendance fees renamed to 281.30 (2064) – Fees and attendance fees, and 281.30 (2069) – Special contribution to the social security has been added

The 281.30 (2064) – Attendance fees option at Reward type in the general ledger maintenance screen under the Extra tab has been renamed to 281.30 (2064) – Fees and attendance fees.

The 281.30 (2069) – Special contribution to the social security option has also been added. This value will be added into the XML tag <f30_2069_bijzonderbijdrage>, and in the report whereby a new line will be added at the end of the report with the special contribution to the social security amount.
