Introduction

At this page, you can view the corporate work schedule, which is also known as the default work schedule. A list of work schedules for divisions will also be displayed.

Roles & rights

All users can view the corporate work schedule and the work schedules of divisions.

For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.

Button

Click this to refresh the page.

New

Click this to create the work schedule for a new division. For more information, see Creating and Maintaining Work Schedules of Divisions.

Delete

Click this to delete the work schedule(s) of the selected division(s).

Note: The Default work schedule (Corporate) cannot be deleted. Hence, it cannot be selected.

Close

Click this to exit.

Description

If you need to select one or more specific work schedules for deletion purposes, select the corresponding check boxes. To select all work schedules at once, select the check box in the header of the list.

Division

This displays the code and name of the division defined in the work schedules. Click the name of the division to view its work schedule. For more information, see Viewing Work Schedules of Divisions. Click Default work schedule (Corporate) to view the corporate work schedule. For more information, see Viewing Default (Corporate) Work Schedule.

Number of days

This displays the total number of days defined for the work schedules.
