Modules ? HRM ? Process ? Intelligent process flow management ? Process types
On this page, you can create process types to assist in monitoring HR-related activities. A process type can contain a list of actions that should be done in order to complete the activity.
Depending on your specifications, you can create a process type whereby the system will alert the respective personnel on a HR-related activity that may require their actions. For example, you can define a task request to be sent to the HR personnel three days before the contract end date of an employee. With this, the HR personnel can plan the necessary actions to be taken for that employee.
These HR-related activities can be generated automatically to save time from having to log in to the system and manually generating them. You can also choose to manually generate these HR-related activities in cases when urgent issues arise and the HR-related activities need to be generated immediately.
Once a process type has been created, you can set up the process action(s) to be linked to the process type. For more information, see Viewing HRM process actions.
To create or modify HRM process types, function right 104 - Maintain public holiday for a country is required. By default, users with the HR and HR assistant roles have this function right.
