PU 507 | 506 (Globe+): Additional KSeF invoice types supported (Polish legislation)
Previously, Exact Globe+ supported the import of only basic invoices and correction invoices from the KSeF portal.
With this product update, the functionality of Exact Globe+ has been extended to support additional invoice types. You can now also import advance invoices from the KSeF portal.
The following KSeF invoice types are supported in Exact Globe+:
- Basic (Faktura Podstawowa)
- Advance (Faktura zaliczkowa)
- Correction (Basic) (Faktura korygujaca)
Limitations
Exact Globe+ currently supports the import of the following KSeF invoice types with certain limitations:
- Basic invoices - Only standard invoices that comply with the FA(3) schema are supported.
- Basic correction invoices – Must contain at least one <FaWIersz> element (invoice line).
- Advance invoices – Must include at least one of the tags from P_13_1 to P_13_10 and the P_15 field must be greater than zero.
- Unsupported invoices - Other invoice categories, such as advance correction invoices and settlement invoices, are currently not supported for import.
These limitations will be addressed in the upcoming Exact Globe+ service packs.
