PU 508 | 507 | 506 (Globe+): Improved KSeF number assignment for sales invoices without customer VAT numbers (Polish legislation)

To improve KSeF invoice validation for Poland legislation, you can now assign KSeF reference numbers to sales invoices where the customer does not have a VAT number. This occurs when invoices are issued to customers from countries such as Brazil or the United States, where VAT numbers may not be available. Previously, these invoices could not always be validated automatically through the KSeF validation process.

Improved KSeF validation

The KSeF validation process has been enhanced to support invoices where the KSeF XML contains the BrakID = 1 identifier in the customer information section. When such invoices are validated at Finance > Entries > National e-Invoice System (KSeF) > Validate KSeF, the system can validate and process the invoice. This allows the KSeF number to be assigned even when no VAT number exists for the debtor.

Manual invoice linking for unsupported VAT formats

Customer identification numbers in the KSeF XML may not match the VAT number formats supported by Exact Globe+. If this occurs, you can manually link the KSeF file to the correct sales invoice by clicking the Link button at Finance > Entries > National e-Invoice System (KSeF) > Validate KSeF.

If the system cannot automatically identify the correct invoice, a response message will be displayed to inform you that manual linking is required.

After the invoice has been successfully linked, the system will confirm that the linking process has been completed and update the validation result.
