Improvements have been continuously made to the FEC (Fichier d'Ecritures Comptables) audit files since its implementation in product update 404. In this enhancement, the audit file has been realigned in accordance to the new tax regulation to include fiscal entries as optional information to the audit files. This latest audit file format also supports the latest version of the FEC audit files electronic transmission tool engaged by the tax authorities in France. The Type criterion added to the Audit file screen allows you to decide whether or not to include the types of transactions for the journal entries in the audit file for submission.

The XML file format has been realigned to store journal entries of different types of transactions for submission. Also, additional tags have been added to the XML format to acknowledge transactions involving foreign currencies.
