Introduction
On this page, you can view the statuses of the hour realizations for all operations. From this overview, you can monitor the labor or machine hour realizations performed by different operators for all operations.
Roles and rights
To access this page, the Shop floor control role is required. In addition to that, a few requirements need to be met. For more information, see the Roles and rights section in Logging in to Shop Floor Control via Exact Synergy Enterprise.

The information in this document is based on product update 252.
How do I view the overview of time registration?
- Select the SFC Interface check box.
- At Operation, select an operation.
- Click Login. Once you have logged in, the production orders with the steps that will be executed on the selected operation will be displayed.
- Click on a row to view the details of the corresponding operation. The Operation details page will be displayed.
- Click Next. The Time registration page will be displayed.
- Click Registration overview. The Time registration overview page will be displayed.

Collapse/Expand to expand the Criteria section. - In the Criteria section, define the required criteria, and then click Refresh.
Keep in mind: The overview of time registration can also be accessed via the same button on the Quantity complete or Production receipt page.
Buttons
Refresh
Click this to update the results according to the defined criteria.
Reset
Click this to clear all the defined criteria so that you can start a new search.
Close
Click this to exit and return to the Time registration page. For more information, see Registering time entries in touch screen user interface.
Fields
Criteria section
Date + time
Type or select a date or a range of dates, and define the time or a range of times to display the hour realizations that match the defined dates and times.
Status
Select Started, In progress, Failed, or Realised to display the hour realizations with the defined status. Alternatively, select All to view hour realizations with any status.
- Started — This indicates that the hours that have been started, but have not been realized.
- In progress — This indicates that the hour realizations are in queue, but have not been accepted or rejected in Exact Globe Next.
- Failed — This indicates that the hour realizations have been rejected by Exact Globe Next. These failed transactions will be displayed at Production à Reports à SFC back office à Hour entries error log in Exact Synergy Enterprise.
- Realised — This indicates that the hours have been realized and accepted in Exact Globe Next.
Operation
Select the operation to display only the hour realizations for the selected operation. By default, the operation selected by the user who is currently logged in will be displayed.
Note: The default operation, outsourced operations, and operations with the Blocked status are not available for selection.
Person
Type the name or ID of the person to display the hour realizations that have been started and realized by the person.
Production order
Type the production order number to display only the hour realizations for the defined production order. By default, the production order linked to the operation selected by the user who is currently logged in will be displayed.
Hour item
Type or select the labor or machine hour item to display the hour realizations that are linked to the selected hour item.
Step
Type the step number to display only the hour realizations that are linked to the defined step of an operation. By default, the step linked to the operation selected by the user who is currently logged in will be displayed.
