E-WMS ASP error message "Unsupported: language" when logging in
Error message
After logging in in a WMS ASP hand terminal, error "Unsupported: language" shows.
Cause
The language for a WMS ASP hand terminal user is configured in maintenance of Globe resources (employees).
The error "Unsupported: language" means that the selected language is not part of your Globe license.
From Globe 393 to Globe 402, it is mandatory to have the selected language also as part of your Globe license.
From Globe 403, it is no longer mandatory to have the selected language as part of your Globe license. Any valid language code can be selected.
