On this page, you can view purchase orders, sales order, or sales invoices. You can search for sales orders, sales invoices, and purchase orders by defining one or more of the following criteria.
All users can search for purchase orders, sales orders, and sales invoices.
For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System > Setup > Security > Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System > Setup > Security > Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.
Click this to display the results of the search criteria.
Click this to refresh the results based on the last defined criteria.
Note: You will see this button after clicking the Show button.
Click this to clear the search criteria.
Click this to exit.
Select the type of report to be displayed. The options are:
Select the status to display the report of sales orders, sales invoices, or purchase orders with the selected status. The statuses are:
You can leave the box blank to display sales orders, sales invoices, or purchase orders with any status.
Note: The statuses of sales orders, sales invoices, and purchase orders can be defined when creating the requests.
Select this check box to display sales orders, sales invoices, or purchase orders that are in your workflow which need to be approved, realized, or processed.
Type the sales order number of the sales order to be displayed. You can leave the box blank to display all the sales orders.
Note: This box is available only if the Sales orders option at Show is selected.
Type the sales invoice number of the sales invoice to be displayed. You can leave the box blank to display all the sales invoices.
Note: This box is available only if the Sales invoices option at Show is selected.
Type the purchase order number of the purchase order to be displayed. You can leave the box blank to display all the purchase orders.
Note: This box is available only if the Purchase orders option at Show is selected.
Type the supplier’s or customer’s reference number to search for the purchase order(s) or sales order(s). You can leave the box blank to search for purchase orders or sales orders with any reference number.
Type or select the person who is in charge of the sales orders, sales invoices, or purchase orders to be displayed. You can leave the box blank to search for sales orders, sales invoices, or purchase orders created by anyone. For more information on people, see Searching for people and vacancies.
Type or select the division to display sales orders, sales invoices, or purchase orders belonging to the selected division. You can leave the box blank to search for sales orders, sales invoices, or purchase orders from any division. For more information, see Overview of divisions.
Type or select the account to display sales orders, sales invoices, or purchase orders belonging to the selected account. You can leave the box blank to search for sales orders, sales invoices, or purchase orders belonging to any account.
