Excel Add-in: Explanation of function CO_DATA

Introduction

With this function [CO_DATA (co;field)], you can add data for a company in the worksheet, like address data, tax data, et cetera. You can find this company data at System ➔ General ➔ Settings ➔ Company data settings.

Fields

Company

Select the company for which you want to get the Exact data. If you select Default, the data will be taken from the default company . If you select a company, the data for the selected company will be displayed.

The advantage of not selecting a company is that the same report can be used for each company. You only need to change the default company to get the right data.

Function

Select the function you want to use. To select company data you should choose the function "CO_DATA".

Column

Select the field you want to add to your report. If you do not select anything, the description of the company is displayed.

Example

CO_DATA(001;"pstcd")

This function displays the zip code from company 001.
